Senka has more than ten years’ experience practicing in Serbia and the region where she is recognized as one of the leading commercial and investment arbitration practitioners. Her practice focuses on arbitration, litigation, enforcement, labor disputes, constitutional appeals & ECHR. She has a proven track record in a broad range of complex, high-value disputes including arbitration under ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SCAI and UNCITRAL rules, competition/antitrust and commercial litigation, enforcement proceedings, privatization, construction (including FIDIC) related matters. Senka frequently represents clients from various sectors including banking, trade, pharmaceutical, chemicals, energy, agriculture and many others. She also has extensive experience in advising and representing clients with regard to construction and real estate related matters.
Senka is recognized as a leading dispute resolution lawyer in Serbia by Chamber and Partners Europe.
Prior to founding MIM Law, she was a partner at one of the largest law firms in the region. Senka completed her LL.B. at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and a member of the Belgrade Arbitration Association. Senka is fluent in English.
