Bojana Bilankov is an associate at MIM Law.
Bojana’s area of work encompasses dispute resolution, with a focus on arbitration law, ECHR and intellectual property law. She is an intellectual property professional whose practice is focused on advising clients on all matters related to the protection of intellectual property rights, including trademark, design and patent registration, general IP counselling, IP enforcement, cybercrime and anti-piracy work.
During the course of her studies, she participated in numerous seminars, conferences and study groups in the area of arbitration, commercial and contract law. Bojana was awarded various scholarships which are reserved for Serbia’s highest achieving students. During her final year as an undergraduate, Bojana was a member of the Belgrade Vis Moot team, which won first place at the All-Munich Rounds, a preparatory tournament to the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Bojana obtained her LL.B. from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, as the best student of her generation. The following year, she earned an LL.M. in International Business Law at the same faculty. She is fluent in English and Serbian, and has working knowledge of German and French.
