IVA POPOVIĆ
Junior Associate
Iva Popović is a junior associate at Mihaj, Ilić & Milanović.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade in 2024. She is pursuing her LL.M. degree, specializing in theoretical legal studies with a focus on jurisprudence and philosophy of law. Following the completion of her undergraduate education, she joined the team at Mihaj, Ilić & Milanović.
During studies, Iva was a scholarship holder of the “Dositeja” Fund for Young Talents. For her academic success, she was the recipient of numerous scholarships awarded by relevant ministries, local authorities, and university foundations.
Through participation in seminars and study groups, Iva has gained in-depth knowledge and practical skills in commercial law and real estate law. She completed an internship at a law office in Belgrade specializing in the banking and finance.
She is fluent in English and has knowledge of Italian.
Iva’s professional focus is on dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on advising in disputes arising from breaches of commercial contracts and in the construction industry. Additionally, she deals with legal matters related to competition law.
