Luka Trifunović is an Attorney at Mihaj, Ilić & Milanović.
Luka’s legal expertise is primarily focused on corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, banking and finance.
Luka has participated in numerous projects across various areas of law, providing legal support to both domestic and international clients. His experience includes corporate transactions, corporate reorganizations, financing matters, as well as other issues relevant to the operations of business entities.
Prior to joining Mihaj, Ilić & Milanović, Luka worked as an Attorney in cooperation with one of the leading “Big Four” consulting firms in Serbia.
Luka obtained his LL.B. from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in 2021 and his LL.M. in Law and Economics from the same faculty in 2024.
During his studies, Luka was awarded the “Dositeja” scholarship, as well as several other scholarships and awards in recognition of his academic achievements.
Besides Serbian, Luka is fluent in English, and has basic knowledge of French.
