Senka is a founding partner of Mihaj, Ilić & Milanović, with more than 15 years of experience in the field of dispute resolution.
Senka’s legal expertise focuses on commercial and investment arbitration and litigation.
She specialises in construction litigation. Senka represents and advises domestic and foreign companies, public enterprises, and State parties across a wide range of complex, high-value matters.
She has a wealth of experience in disputes related to construction (including FIDIC-related cases), privatisation, banking and finance, the energy sector, environmental protection, agriculture and contractual disputes.
She regularly represents clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings heard under ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, LCIA, SCAI, VIAC rules and the Rules of the Permanent Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia. Senka also acts as an arbitrator.
Before setting-up Mihaj, Ilić & Milanović, Senka worked in the Commercial Court in Belgrade and in one of the leading law firms in the region, where she was a partner in the Dispute Resolution department.
